Cancellation & Refund Policy
Understand that life can be unpredictable, but due to the nature of this retreat and the limited number of places, the following terms apply:
Deposits are non-refundable:
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This secures your place and allows us to begin preparing for your experience.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your place:
More than 60 days before the event: You will receive a refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
30–59 days before the event: 50% of your total payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
Less than 30 days before the event: Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued at this stage due to event commitments and costs.
All Bookings
For cabins and safari tents booked as a group, the lead booker is responsible for the full payment.
Cancellations by individual members do not reduce the total due.
Transferring Your Place
You may transfer your place to another guest (friend, family, colleague) if you can no longer attend. Please notify us at least 14 days prior to the event so we can update the booking.Event
Changes or Cancellations (By Us)In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone Wild & Well due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
